Will be prorated the day of possession.   Balance will be due at closing in 30-45 days.  A 10% Buyer premium will apply.  Buyer will be responsible for bringing the septic system up to date.  Acreage sells as is where is with no contingencies.  Buyers are responsible for there own inspections and due diligence.
